**Position Summary**
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support. You’ll assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and help customers choose the perfect organic sleep solutions tailored to their needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Naturepedic products, policies, and promotions.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Passion for health, wellness, and sustainability is a plus!
