Full- Time Receptionist: We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing receptionist tasks, taking down meeting minutes and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Greeting Visitors: First impressions count, so a friendly and professional demeanor is crucial. You’re often the first point of contact, so welcoming guests warmly sets the tone for their visit.
- Managing Calls: Answering and directing phone calls efficiently is a big part of the job. It involves screening calls, taking messages, and ensuring that important calls reach the right person.
- Scheduling and Coordination: You might be responsible for managing meeting rooms, coordinating schedules, and setting up appointments. This requires good organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Handling Mail and Deliveries: Sorting and distributing incoming mail and handling outgoing mail and packages are often part of the duties.
- Administrative Support: You may assist with various office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents. Being detail-oriented helps in maintaining accurate records.
- Problem-Solving: Occasionally, you might need to handle unexpected issues, whether it’s dealing with a scheduling conflict or addressing a visitor’s concern.
- Maintaining Office Environment: Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable is part of the role. It reflects the professionalism of the company.
