Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Lead Dental Receptionist for 2 locations to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires proficiency in handling phone systems, scheduling appointments, and maintaining electronic medical records. The Lead Dental Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations within the dental offices.
Duties
- Lead the FD with 2 offices
- Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Paradigm or similar dental software.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and patient files.
- Process patient information, including insurance verification and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and communication.
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Utilize medical terminology to assist in patient interactions and documentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
- Proficiency in dental office software such as Paradigm is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of dental terminology related to dentistry is an asset.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$29.36 per hour
