We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating seating arrangements while maintaining a smooth flow of service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with menus.
- Manage the reservation system and ensure accurate seating arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to coordinate guest needs.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize POS systems for reservations and guest tracking as needed.
- Uphold high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest interaction.
- Familiarity with hospitality principles and guest services is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.

Pay: $17.40-$21.00 per hour
