Join our team as a hardworking and professional Lead Cleaning Technician. WashTech Property Solutions Inc. specializes in cleaning windows, gutters, and pressure washing/soft washing services for residential and commercial properties. As a Lead Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our clients' properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing/soft washing tasks with attention to detail and quality.
- Maintaining and repairing equipment
- Safely operate equipment and tools necessary for cleaning tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including working on ladders and handling cleaning solutions properly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of cleaning technicians.
Requirements:
- Canadian residency or a valid work permit.
- Own a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Experience working on ladders up to 35 feet high.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs safely.
- Previous experience in physical labor jobs.
- 2 years of exterior property maintenance work is preferred.
