We are a Real Estate Development and Construction company with our own design, construction and marketing team. We are looking for a Marketing/Office Assistant to support our company. You will manage mostly business-related tasks for the office such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking meeting minutes, and other organizational tasks, as well as Development Marketing and Graphic Coordination works. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Design Package, be fast at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administration assistant in the past.
Office/Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
Helping prepare for meetings.
Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
Making travel arrangements .
Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
Provide general administrative support.
Executive Assistant Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
The ideal candidate shall have the following qualifications:
Good to have some marketing experiences with tracking record of sense in real estate marketing and sales supporting
Good to have some bookkeeping work experiences with tracking record of extreme accuracy in numbers
Best to have education from a local recognizable accounting program
Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
Efficient and accurate writing skills in English and Mandarin
Being able to manage multiple accounts with shifting priorities and follow deadlines
Ability to deal extreme stressful situation and exceptional responsible
Fast learner, team player, mature, reliable, self-motivated, and bondable
Be able to provide at least one or two previous employer references related to similar job position
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
