About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Go-to-Market Analyst to drive the success of FISPAN’s pricing strategies, product launches, and competitive positioning. This role will focus on leading market research, conducting competitive analysis, developing pricing models, and executing go-to-market strategies in existing markets and to expand FISPAN’s footprint internationally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech or tech companies, with proven expertise in pricing analysis, market entry, and taking products to market in new geographies. You will work closely with our Product Marketing and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM plans and alignment across all teams.
This is a unique position because FISPAN sells to financial institutions — a market segment where traditional GTM strategies and pricing models don't apply. As such, you’ll need to think beyond standard B2B SaaS sales tactics and develop strategies that address the specific needs and competitive landscape of the financial sector.
An understanding of ERP systems and accounting software is highly beneficial, as FISPAN’s solutions integrate deeply with these platforms to optimize financial processes within mid-market organizations. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or accounting softwares such as QuickBooks Online and Xero will help in developing more tailored go-to-market strategies for the product’s unique value proposition.

Launch Products into New Markets: Define and execute GTM strategies for new market expansions, ensuring that FISPAN’s products meet the specific demands and regulatory requirements of each market. Collaborate with product marketing to adapt messaging, positioning, and tactics for different regions to maximize product adoption and growth.
Positioning & Messaging: Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customers in new and existing markets. Partner with the Product Marketing team to ensure that all go-to-market collateral is aligned with the product’s key differentiators and market needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Marketing team and other internal stakeholders (product, sales, marketing, and customer success) to ensure alignment on market research insights, competitive strategies, and launch plans. Facilitate the flow of information between teams to ensure successful product introductions.
