Join The Team: ERCO Worldwide is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Service team on a full-time temporary basis! They will be responsible to provide administrative support to the Chemical Sales Coordinators and the Customer Service Senior Manager. Main responsibilities include, however not limited to, order entry, invoicing, price management and month-end close activities.
The Role:
- Sales order entry.
- Review draft invoices for accuracy, generate final invoices and distribute (via email/online portal).
- Maintain customer pricing.
- Process debit and credit memos.
- Prepare demurrage invoices.
- Month-end close activities.
- Provide back-up support for the Chemical Sales Coordinators.
- Additional customer service responsibilities as assigned by the Customer Service Senior Manager.
The Person:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Experience with credit/collections, data entry and order processing is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computing skills are a must (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and flexible willing to take on new challenges.
- Previous experience with an ERP business system (JD Edwards, SAP) considered an asset.
- College diploma in Office Administration or equivalent is required.
- Time management and ability to manage strict deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Personable, individual must work well in a team environment.
