A warranty administration assistant /service appointment coordinator will be primarily responsible for opening & closing and warranty repair orders to through CDK and booking customer service appointments. Your duties will include
- Process warranty claims in a timely manner, as each repair order is closed.
- Review and process all claims including; returned, rejected, adjusted and warranty
- Track each claim until its final resolution.
- Maintain warranty receivable schedules and reconcile credit memos daily
- Review and distribute product recalls to staff.
- Review repair orders for proper documentation and verifies criteria required by manufacturer are met
- Accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls to book appointments
- Other duties, as assigned
What you bring to the table
- Outgoing friendly personality with the ability to find common ground with anyone
- Strong time management skills
- Warranty Administrator experience in an automotive dealership is an asset
- Mechanical knowledge as prior service advisor or technician is an asset
- CDK experience helpful.
