Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Billyard Insurance Group Inc. in Mississauga, ON. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, HRIS, training, and other HR-related tasks to support the HR team.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Benefits Administration and Training experience
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Degree or certification in Human Resources or related field
