Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations within our office, particularly in a electronics setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette, strong clerical skills, and proficiency in various software applications, including QuickBooks and Google Suite. Duties

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring effective communication and message delivery.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date patient records and information.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the dental office efficiently.
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents, and managing correspondence.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
Maintain an organized workspace to ensure a productive office environment.
Support the administrative team with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred.
Familiarity with office procedures is preferred.
Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and QuickBooks.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.55-$23.72 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
