We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Part-Time Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in construction renovation, custom home builds, and new addition projects. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales process for renovation and new build projects.
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Present and promote our construction services effectively, demonstrating a deep knowledge of our offerings.
Follow up on leads and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure alignment between sales commitments and project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Attend networking events and community functions to promote services and generate new leads.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to understand construction terminology and processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
