Looking for a Full-time Real Estate Administrator position for a central Toronto residential real estate office. We are looking for a motivated and experienced support staff to join our outstanding admin team. Candidates with real estate administration is a must. You will be the first point of contact and the face of the company, as such we are looking for a punctual, responsible, and trustworthy individual with exceptional customer

service skills.

Responsibilities

Examples of Primary duties include:

Answer telephones and input messages using Broker Bay (message system),
Confirm appointments, updating listing information and appointment instructions

into BrokerBay

Offers (via WebForms) -- preparation of offers, amendments, waivers, and other related forms/ documents and all listing documentation
Following up and responding to emails
Ordering Signage
Greet and assist clients and sales representatives
Monitoring Emails
General Office Upkeep
General typing
General photocopying, scanning documents, and filing
Other duties as assigned
Brokerloading on MLS
Real Estate Paperwork and forms

Qualifications

Candidates must also possess the following attributes:

MUST Have previous Real Estate administration experience ( at least 2 years)
Able to work independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of computer proficiency in an Apple environment.
Highly flexible and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize workload in a multi-tasked environment.
Webforms & MLS knowledge IS A MUST
BrokerBay
Stratus/ Toronto MLS
Strong reception experience
Strong customer service skills
Work well under pressure while multi-tasking
Strong positive attitude
Real estate office experience preferred
