Dear Manager,
I am Nikol Suarez. I studied a career in advertising at the university in Peru and for two years or
more I want to learn everything about Canadian culture and its day to day life. What better way
than attending to its people. I have a goal this year to improve my skills and knowledge in
customer service.
I am looking for a company or establishment where I can learn and contribute to improving any
systems that may have logistical flaws in customer service. Currently, I have experience in
restaurants and offices, so I know how to work with a team to achieve our goals collectively and
individually.
Also, I am friendly with people both inside and outside of work because I believe being a good
person helps make someone else's day better, even if just for a moment. I enjoy creating positive
sales experiences and helping to create good moments both with my team and with customers
on a daily basis. I am proactive, strong, and pay attention to detail in my work tasks. If someone
needs my help, I will do my best to assist them.
