Good evening, I hope this letter finds you well, my name is Mateo Orozco I am from Colombia and I’m looking to enter your team I am a diligent and motivated Computer Systems Technician - Networking student at Georgian College ILAC, currently pursuing a co-op opportunity for Winter 2024 (September to December) with my background in the IT field and education from Georgian College I can say effortless that I'm the best match for the position, my skills, and knowledge align perfectly with the requirements of the role. I’m an active, willing-to-learn person with a positive attitude and excellent social skills. Since childhood, I've been interested in computers, even movies about them making one of my favorite series MR.ROBOT was one of the several reasons I wanted to study this exciting field as is IT, all of this eventually drove me to get a lot of knowledge of the field, making me even able to build a computer myself and make Minecraft-servers hosted by my network.
My experience troubleshooting computers in Colombia and my current studies at Georgian College aligns perfectly with the qualifications provided, I understand security concepts such as malware, spyware, DdoS attacks, etc. As is shown in my Resume I know the main principles of TCP/IP, given to me as I learned on Cisco Packet Tracer. I know that documentation is one of the most necessary skills in this kind of field as we need to report properly the changes that could come, as people analyze this data for the best of the company.
