I am a dedicated Computer Programming student with a robust foundation in software development and IT support. Currently pursuing a diploma in Computer Programming at Georgian College, I am eager to secure a co-op position to apply and expand my technical skills in a practical, real-world setting. I am well-versed in a variety of programming languages, database management, networking, and operating systems, with expertise in HTML, CSS, PHP, Python, Java, and JavaScript.

With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, I bring extensive experience as an IT Service Desk Engineer at AsiaCloud Solutions Private Limited (Jun 2019 - Mar 2023). In this role, I remotely resolved software issues, managed MS Office 365 admin, and provided on-site support, demonstrating my proficiency in troubleshooting and IT security operations. Additionally, I served as an Information Technology Support Engineer at Comtel Solutions (Jul 2013 - May 2019), showcasing my expertise in resolving hardware and software issues, managing severity 1 & 2 IT issues, and coordinating with IT vendors.
