Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Cashier/Receptionist to join our team at the Ontario Food Terminal. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service while managing transactions and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate computer/typing skills, counting/money handling capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively with customers in person and over the telephone, ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

Duties

Assist customers with completing transactions.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Document control.
Answer phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Other administrative tasks as needed, including managing customer records.

Skills

Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
Strong computer/typing skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Proficient in handling customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Schedule

Monday - Friday
5:00 AM - 1:00 PM
+ Every Other Sunday
