Must Be 18+
Must be available to work day and evening shifts till 9pm
Maintaining the CLEANLINESS of the gym, equipment, restrooms, etc.
Greet all guests & clients in a pleasant manner
Give tours with knowledgeable information on the quality of equipment and highlight gyms assets
Selling Memberships (drop ins & cold calling)
Fill out contracts (memberships) & (personal training)
Security Camera Reporting
Computer Inputting – Prospects – Registered Prospects
Filing / Organizing Office
Provided back-up supervision of the gym and independently manage the establishment when manager/owner are not present
Assist clientele with operation of gym and all other equipment
Maintain a record of all guests and members coming to the gym.
Set up “orientations” and personal training sessions for members
Handle all incoming calls and answer any enquiries made.
Administered payments made by the members.
Resolved all customer complaints.
