We are seeking trade with experience in general labour tasks to specialized trade work, including carpentry, electrical, and HVAC services.

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and reliable tradespeople to join our on-call team. As an on-call tradesperson, you will be contacted based on project needs. Work assignments will vary in scope, duration, and trade specialization.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform general labour tasks at construction and renovation sites.

· Execute trade-specific work such as carpentry, electrical installations, or HVAC maintenance.

· Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and quality project completion.

· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

· Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with Ontario construction regulations.

· Complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard of quality.

· Communicate effectively with the team and report progress as needed.

Requirements

· Proven experience in general labour or a specialized trade (carpentry, electrical, HVAC). Submit past experience while applying for this position (Documentation, Photos of work performed is must)

· Access to tools and equipment relevant to your trade is an asset.

· Reliable transportation to job sites within the GTA.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to work on a flexible, on-call basis.
