Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator with experience in bookkeeping, QuickBooks, and payroll management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain office operations, including scheduling, filing, and general administrative tasks.
Handle bookkeeping duties, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports.
Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial activities.
Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist in preparing financial documents and reports as required.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized.
Provide general support to the management team and other staff as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Bookkeeper, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
