Job Summary

Position: Commission-Based Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement and relationship management. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Sales Representative will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our offerings.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Identify new business opportunities in the market through research and networking.
Conduct outside sales activities, including meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on performance metrics.
Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience, with a history of exceeding targets, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sector.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and solutions, pertaining to Infrastructure Testing, Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Dark Web Investigations, and other solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle.
Ability to engage with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
Proficiency in English. Additional languages are an asset.
Taking proactive approaches to solving client challenges in the realm of cybersecurity.
