Job Description :

Receives patients in a timely, efficient and orderly fashion to maintain the patient flow according to the time schedule;
Registers patients and obtains all necessary demographic information and accurately input into the computer system;
Coordinates with other team members and maintains the patient flow between the waiting area and examination rooms;
Provides individual patient education and services at the highest level of standards;
Provides administrative support, maintains records and inventories of supplies;
Schedules patient appointments as well as follow-ups;

Assists physicians to screen patients by asking questions;
Other duties as assigned.

Medical office experience is required along with a strong command of the English language .

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
