Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and effectively negotiate deals. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for account management and business development.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
Engage in outside sales activities, including attending networking events and trade shows to promote our products/services.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our offerings.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Experience

Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical sales or outside sales roles.
Strong skills in negotiation, account management, and customer service are essential for success in this position.
Familiarity with business development strategies and market analysis is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively convey information to clients and team members.
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
