About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or current students who are passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field. The role focuses on market research, competitive analysis, PESTLE analysis, content marketing, and marketing project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
Competitive Analysis: Gather and analyze data on competitors' products, pricing, and marketing strategies to provide actionable insights.
PESTLE Analysis: Evaluate macro-environmental factors to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.
Content Marketing: Create and manage engaging marketing content for various platforms, including blogs, newsletters, and social media.
Website Content: Assist in developing and optimizing website content to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
Marketing Project Coordination: Collaborate with team members to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and projects.
Travel: Represent the company at events, trade shows, and client meetings (approximately 30% travel).

Qualifications

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a university or college equivalent program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical and research skills with a passion for understanding market trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English (proficiency in French is an asset).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.
