No martial arts experience required — but if you’re a fan of martial arts or fitness, that's a bonus!

Responsibilities:

Sales is a big part of this positive! We have a lot of intake and prospective clients, therefore -

-You NEED to be good with people. People have unique needs and we're here to discover them and provide them solutions.

-A large part of your job will be communications - on the phone, via internet/social media, and in person.

You need to:

-Understand our services and being able to have customer-driven conversations *ESSENTIAL*

-Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism

-Assist with sales, upsell products and services, and drive new member sign-ups

-Promote our membership options and help guide new members through the sign-up process

Front Desk Administration:

Another part of your job is being there for the show - welcoming students for class and answering questions about Schedules, Personal Training, Events - and taking care of any needs that may come up.

- Maintain accurate records of memberships and class schedules

- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming for everyone

- Taking first time students on a tour, explain our services & help them with the sign-up process

Qualifications:

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

-Sales-driven and comfortable with upselling

-Strong customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude

-No martial arts experience necessary, but an interest in fitness or martial arts is a asset!

-Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends)

-Ability to have basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Word / Excel)

-Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
