Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries while maintaining professionalism.

Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Must have 5 years experience working in the Trades.
Utilize phone systems proficiently to manage incoming calls and provide accurate information.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date.
Proofread documents for accuracy before sending out communications to clients.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
Co-ordinate supplier invoices, and preparation of invoicing with Accounting Department.
Co-ordinate with Technicians that all work orders, timesheet are handed in weekly
Assist Project Managers with quoting, preventative maintenance contracts.
Maintain Dispatch program to set up project and service calls,
Assist all other Departments as required.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service department, HVAC, Electrical Trades. preferred.
Proficiency in Micro Soft applications for documentation and communication purposes.
Strong computer skills, including data entry and the ability to navigate various software systems.
Excellent proofreading skills to ensure clear and accurate communication.
Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Well Organized.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
