Overview:

We are seeking an Accounting Receptionist to join our team. As an Accounting Receptionist , you will be first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and back ground in Accounting.

Duties:

Scheduling Appointments.
Greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings with management.
Performing client intake task and making their profile in the system.
Responding to the emails from clients.
Managing the front desk and performing basic support tasks.
Making a professional and courteous first impression with customers and visitors.
Performing some Bookkeeping and Data Entry Task.

Skills:

Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Knowledge of Canadian Taxes will be an Asset.
