Overview
We are seeking a highly energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting team management, and maintaining effective communication across various departments. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities while providing exceptional front desk support.

Duties

Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, providing a welcoming environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders through phone systems and email correspondence.
Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and maintaining financial records using QuickBooks.
Support team management by coordinating schedules, meetings, and events to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and information.
Handle incoming calls, directing them to appropriate personnel or taking messages when necessary.
Conducting company social media pages.
Communicate with clients to follow up on their forklift annual safety inspection and service.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative role with strong clerical skills.
Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial software such as QuickBooks is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Experience in managing front desk operations or similar customer-facing roles is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems to facilitate daily operations.
experience in sales, cold calling, and lead qualification is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.55-$24.80 per hour
