As a Real Estate Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the buying, selling or resale and presales, processes of real estate properties. Your expertise will help clients make informed decisions while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.

We are offering monthly compensation + commissions

Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, trends, and local market conditions.
Develop marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers or renters.
Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and updates on market conditions.
Provide administrative support including preparing contracts, managing documentation, and coordinating property showings.
Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and property listings efficiently.

Skills

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to clients and stakeholders.
Strong marketing abilities to promote properties effectively in a competitive market.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage various tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proven customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
Negotiation skills to advocate for clients' best interests during transactions.
Knowledge of property management principles is beneficial for advising clients on rental properties.
Administrative proficiency in handling paperwork and documentation related to real estate transactions.

Pay: $24,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
