Our company is growing rapidly and we are hiring again!

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dog Walker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and exercise for dogs in our community. As a Dog Walker, you will ensure that each dog receives the attention and activity they need while maintaining a positive relationship with their owners. This position requires a love for animals, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. We are seeking someone on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, schedule is flexible but these are the days we are currently hiring for. If the right candidate comes along we might be flexible to switch around these days.

Duties

Walk dogs of various sizes and temperaments, ensuring their safety and well-being during outings.
Maintain a consistent schedule for walks, adhering to the specific needs of each dog and their owner.
Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog's behavior, health, and any concerns that may arise during walks.
Keep accurate records of walks completed, including duration and any notable observations about the dogs.
Ensure all dogs are leashed properly and follow local leash laws during walks.
Clean up after dogs during walks to maintain cleanliness in the community.

Qualifications

Previous experience with dog handling or pet care is required.
Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners.
Ability to manage multiple dogs at once while ensuring their safety.
Must be physically fit to handle long walks and active dogs.
Reliable transportation to travel between clients' homes is necessary.
Must be available for flexible scheduling, including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as needed but your schedule will be consistent each day once you give us your availability.
A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their care is essential.

Pay: $22.40-$25.00 per hour
