Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, or recommending approval of loan applications, ensuring compliance with our policies and regulatory requirements, and delivering excellent customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and process loan applications, including personal, residential, and small business loans.

• Conduct thorough credit and financial analyses to determine applicant eligibility.

• Provide guidance to members on loan options and terms tailored to their financial needs.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and documentation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and community partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in a financial institution.

• Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency Microsoft Office and loan origination systems.

• Korean speaking is preferred.
