We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to help streamline operations and ensure the creator can focus on producing high-quality content.

Job Overview

We are seeking a tech-savvy and proactive Executive Assistant to support the administrative and operational aspects of the business. You will work closely with the creator to manage calendars, emails, databases, invoices, and other essential tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Content Support:

Assist with metadata entry for YouTube videos and manage relevant databases.

Organize and maintain Notion workspaces, ensuring content planning is seamless.

Administrative Tasks:

Create and send invoices to clients.

Manage email inboxes by organizing, filing, and maintaining a clean and efficient system.

Oversee calendar management, including scheduling meetings and deadlines.

Client & Partner Coordination:

Manage incoming brand emails and maintain professional relationships with partners.

Ensure timely and organized follow-ups with existing collaborators.

Operations Support:

Assist with general organization and operational efficiencies as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep track of deadlines.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and other productivity platforms.

Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Proactive and Independent: Able to anticipate needs, work without constant supervision, and solve problems creatively.

Experience Preferred: Previous administrative, executive assistant, or project management experience is an asset.
