Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant at JBS Logistics & Warehousing LTD in Etobicoke, ON. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks, phone etiquette, communication, executive administrative assistance, and clerical skills.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Clerical Skills
Experience in office management or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in accounting

Salary

$17.50/hr

Availability

Must be available from Monday to Fridays (9am to 2:30pm)
