Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming shopping environment, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through excellent service.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Assist customers in selecting products and making informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
Manage the sales floor by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in fragrance retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in conversation.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our service to diverse clientele.
Familiarity with cash handling and cashiering processes is beneficial.
A demonstrated ability to sell products effectively while providing exceptional customer service.
Slow paced, laid back setting but attention to detail is very important.
