Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Reports to: Business Development Manager

X10 Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Field Events

Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a

similar role within Canada and will be responsible for planning, executing, and

managing marketing events that enhance our brand and engage our target audience

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate logistics for a variety of marketing field events, including trade

shows, conferences, seminars, and promotional events.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event strategies that align with overall

marketing goals and objectives.

- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximizing return on

investment.

- Oversee the creation of event marketing materials, including brochures, presentations,

and digital content.

- Utilize digital marketing and social media platforms to promote events and engage with

participants before, during, and after events.

- Monitor and analyze event performance metrics, providing insights and

recommendations for future improvements.

- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to

ensure successful event execution.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective

communication throughout the event lifecycle.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event marketing and incorporate

them into event planning

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Office administration. This includes the general upkeep of utilities, supplies, and

facilities as well as the proper coordination with building administration and other

stakeholders to optimize office use.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in event coordination or marketing, with a focus on field

events.

- Strong knowledge of marketing communication, digital marketing, and social media

marketing strategies.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage

multiple events simultaneously.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including social media platforms and

event management software.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- A proactive and creative thinker with a passion for delivering outstanding events
