Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgeon to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in surgical procedures, patient care, and acute care management. Duties

Perform surgical procedures with precision and expertise, adhering to established protocols and safety standards.
Conduct pre-operative assessments, including reviewing patient medical histories and diagnostic tests.
Develop and implement individualized surgical plans based on patient needs and conditions.
Monitor patients during and after surgery, ensuring effective pain management and recovery protocols are followed.
Collaborate with nursing staff, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
Participate in hospital committees and contribute to research projects aimed at improving surgical practices and patient care.
Stay current with advancements in surgical techniques, medical terminology, and best practices in pediatrics when applicable.

Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to surgical procedures and patient care.

Pay: $158,990.04-$497,450.38 per year
