Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Fascial Stretch Therapist to join our team of wellness professionals. As a Fascial Stretch Therapist at Seven, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve greater flexibility, mobility, and relief from chronic pain through the application of advanced stretching techniques. Using the principles of Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), you will work with clients to release tension, improve posture, and restore balance to the body.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs, goals, and physical limitations.

Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client objectives.

Perform Fascial Stretch Therapy sessions utilizing a combination of assisted stretching, traction, and breathing techniques.

Educate clients on proper body mechanics, self-care strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support their progress.

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

Maintain accurate and organized client records, including session notes and progress reports.

Collaborate with other members of the wellness team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.

Qualifications:
Certification as a Fascial Stretch Therapist (CFST) or equivalent credential from a recognized institution.

Experience practicing Fascial Stretch Therapy in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

Strong understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and the fascial system.

Excellent manual dexterity and hands-on skills, with the ability to perform precise and effective stretches.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and client-centered approach.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advances in Fascial Stretch Therapy.
