Auto West BMW is looking for an enthusiastic experienced automotive Sales Consultant to join our New Car Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences for our customers and working with us to continue delivering the personalized service that exemplifies our dealership.

What do we expect from our Sales Consultants?

Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets of vehicles.
Exceeding customers' expectations by making the vehicle purchasing experience amazing.
Expanding our customer network by promoting and developing new business.
Demonstrating initiative in learning and understanding our products and marketing competition.
Actively maintaining your current customer and referral network.
Acting as a brand ambassador by professionally representing the Auto West Group brand.

What should you possess?

Minimum two (2) years of automotive sales experience (luxury automotive sales preferred) with a proven track record of results.
A passion for automotive and desire to keep up with the latest vehicle technologies.
A great attitude towards customer service.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening skills.
Commitment to drive sales and achieving store targets
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Other Requirements:

A valid BC driver's license and clean driver's abstract are required for this role.
Valid VSA license.
Manual transmission experience is required.
