This role focuses on:

Email/ Phone Order Processing:
Process orders received by Email or Phone using Shopify
Edit orders based on customers’ requests
Customer Service:
Answer customers' calls and solve requests/ problems.
Relay telephone calls and messages to the appropriate staff
Reply to customers’ emails
Providing administrative support
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Maintain contact list
Help other team members with other duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills Requirement:

Smart-working and fast learning attitude and desire to grow professionally
High-level attention to detail
Comfortable learning new technologies and skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where it requires changes based on customers' needs
Good organizational and time management skills
Able to prioritize and multi-task in a busy workplace
Ability to solve problems in an efficient and effective manner
Strong MS and Google Docs Editor Suite
Strong written and verbal in English
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment

Nice to have:

Previous work experience in administration or retail is an asset
Second language: Mandarin / French
Valid driver’s license
