Position Overview:
We are looking for a Demolition Foreman with extensive experience in overseeing demolition projects. The role requires leadership, an understanding of structural safety, and adherence to timelines.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute residential and commercial demolition projects.
Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Monitor and manage team performance.
Evaluate site conditions and develop project plans.
Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclable materials.
Maintain equipment and materials.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in demolition work.
Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
Ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
