Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Social Media Specialist will oversee all social media initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Create and manage social media strategy, content calendar and campaigns from conception through to publication.
Develop and manage our Influencer Program to share key promotions, seasonal collections, and artist collaborations.
Create compelling and on-brand content for Paid Media with key influencers.
Track, measure and report on analytics for all organic social media platforms on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Monitor accounts to ensure activities match project budgets and goals.
Guide the Customer Care team on best practices for community management and public facing comments.
Work cross-functionally with product, ecommerce, translation and brand teams.
Develop strategies to gain brand and product exposure including influencer events, partnerships and activations
Manage external Quebec PR agency to create influencer content, pitch media and host local events.
Work with the logistics team to facilitate product delivery for influencers, events and media.

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

What You Bring

4 to 6 years experience in the social media space with proven experience delivering successful social programs across platforms
Strategic understanding of social media marketing and appropriate metrics of success
Ability to brainstorm and strategize initiatives based on campaign goals and business objectives
Proven track record developing and implementing social media programs
Experience running the social media channels for a consumer brand
Paid Media strategy and best practice knowledge
A strong understanding of social media platforms, activities, and best practices
Degree or diploma in Marketing or related discipline
Bilingual language skills (French & English) are a definite asset
Content creation and video editing skills are an asset
