What You’ll Do

As an Office Coordinator, you’ll ensure every patient feels welcome and cared for while keeping our practice running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming Patients: Greet each patient warmly and create an inviting atmosphere for children and adults alike.
Scheduling with Care: Manage appointments efficiently and keep the schedule on track.
Be a Resource: Provide patients and their families with clear, compassionate communication about procedures and next steps.
Support Our Team: Assist with administrative tasks, dental records, and other duties that help our practice thrive.

This position will also work at our Toronto Corporate office as part of our Business Development team. This team is responsible for scheduling appointments at our general practice clinics across multiple provinces and regions.

Schedule:

Monday and every other Friday, 7:50am to 5pm - Richmond Hill office (10131 Yonge St)
2 days between Tuesday and Thursday, 9am to 5pm (occasional till 6pm), at our Toronto office (661 Yonge St., Yonge and Bloor)
