Title: Operations Shift Lead
Location: Office in Burnaby, BC
Compensation Plan: Starting at $22 base plus commission and bonus adding up to $28-$35/hr. (including base wage, daily performance bonus and other incentives).
90% of your working time will be spend in the truck out in the field.
Key responsibilities of this position will include (but not be limited to):

Supervising a team of Truck Team Members and motivating them to maximize revenue and customer experience on a daily basis
Ensuring high-quality execution for all jobs; monitoring post-job satisfaction of customers and proactively addressing any issues that arise
Performing office responsibilities including maintaining an organized workspace.
Manage daily operations including GANTT and customer contact
Participate and support Ops in Morning Meeting
Participate and support Ops in new candidate interviews
Update Attendance Tracker (Call Ins, Late, etc.)
Oversee Daily truck inspection (start and end of day)
Ensure COGS are entered in Pipeline for every operating day
Report any issues that arise from daily operations – accidents, damages or customer issues
Complete Welcome Calls/Texts (Via Driveline)

To qualify, candidates must possess:

A great attitude and strong multi-tasking, time management skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong desire to help others excel and hit goals
Valid driver's license
