Job Overview
Early Start Autism Services is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. You will provide essential therapeutic services to children and adolescents with autism, focusing on their emotional, social, and developmental needs. You will work collaboratively with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to help create individualized treatment plans that promote positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

Participate in assessments to evaluate the needs of children.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each child.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
Maintain accurate data on a daily basis.
Utilize research-based interventions and techniques to support the therapeutic process, such as ESDM, ABA, JASPER.

Skills

Strong background in autism and treatment in a playful and engaging manner.
Experience in ESDM, communication and language, social skills groups and ABA principles.
Proficient in data collection methods for tracking client progress.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and their families.
A minimum of 5 years experience, post education in providing therapy and collecting data.
Access to a reliable vehicle

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $29.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 15 per week

Schedule:

Every Weekend
Monday to Friday
