What Will Your Next Role Look Like?
As a Film Data Entry Specialist [K-Drama], you will help with the continuous growth of the Peliplat platform! We are looking for someone with a solid understanding and knowledge of the film industry, especially an avid consumer of anime and cultural trends in the Korean community. In other words, a K-Drama Lover who is capable of expressing through the language of film and has a skillful writing ability.
Responsibilities
- Tracking and studying popular and classic K-Drama. Delve into and analyze globally popular and classic works, observing their popularity and influence in different markets.
- Planning and improving database K-Drama category field information. Enhance the database by improving the categorization and information fields for K-Dramas, celebrities, lists, and reviews.
- Reorganizing the classification of drama. Use multidimensional tags and lists to reorganize and categorize anime works, enhancing user experience and streamlining content retrieval.
- Monitor core data regularly. Analyze data trends and user behavior deeply, provide data reports on content operations, and suggest efficient content distribution and management strategies based on analysis.
- Output multi-dimensional viewing guidance and content recommendation strategies effectively.
- Investigating overseas content and user preferences to provide suggestions for copyright procurement of content.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or higher; majors in Theater & Film, Writing, Marketing, English, or related fields are preferred.
- 3+ years of working experience in the movie and TV industry or entertainment & media industry, with familiarity with content operations processes.
- Proficient in English communication, speaking and excellent media writing skills. Korean is a plus.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of media (film) industry trends, familiar with internet media services such as IMDb, Letterboxd, Rotten Tomatoes, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.
- Rich viewing history of drama, with trackable records of marking 100+ entries on IMDb or Letterboxd, or equivalent.
- Ability to present ideas openly and collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds.
