Inbound Lead Management Specialist needed for a long term contract opportunity with our client within Software Development, hybrid, located in Vancouver, BC.

Hours 7-4 or 8-5 Monday-Friday
Software/Technology Experience highly sought!
$34.99/hr.
Must reside in the Province of British Columbia

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Inbound Lead Management Specialist is a critical member of the client's North America Inbound Group. This role supports the group’s Inbound Customer Engagement agents by managing, inputting, and routing sales leads and opportunities to Client’s North America Sales organization.

Responsibilities include:

Manage and organize leads that come through SAP’s Inbound Channels
Input leads into SAP CRM and other marketing automation tools in a timely manner
Route leads accordingly to the appropriate sales resources downstream
Liaise with Inbound Customer Engagement Specialists, Data Operations staff, and Inside Sales Executives to maintain lead compliance rules
Manage and update reports on lead related activities
Train our new hires on lead entry and routing

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

A BBA, BComm, or BA graduate (minimum).
Excellent customer support and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills
Strong business acumen.
Interest in high-tech industry is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office; Strong Excel knowledge
Previous data-entry expereince is an asset
