Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Supply Chain Operations & Supplier Management Supervisorto manage logistics suppliers across Canada, including supplier onboarding, quotation management, cost calculation, performance evaluation, and daily communication. This role ensures efficient operations and cost optimization for our logistics products. The position requires close communication with clients, the operations team, and suppliers to meet business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Quotation Management: Prepare and provide competitive and profitable quotations based on client requirements. Coordinate supplier-provided pricing information to finalize quotations promptly and communicate directly with clients to ensure alignment with their needs and company profitability targets.
Logistics Product Cost Calculation: Calculate the overall cost of logistics products, including transportation, warehousing, and other cost factors, to help the company achieve cost control and optimization.
Client Requirement Transmission: Once a quotation is accepted, communicate client requirements clearly to the operations team to ensure all activities meet client expectations and delivery is completed successfully.
Supplier Onboarding: Screen and onboard logistics suppliers across Canada, including price evaluation, qualification review, and contract processing, ensuring suppliers meet our quality and compliance standards.
Supplier Performance Evaluation: Establish and evaluate management KPIs for suppliers based on business needs and provide timely feedback to ensure service quality and efficiency.
Daily Supplier Communication: Maintain regular communication with suppliers, address operational issues, and ensure smooth business processes.
Invoice Reconciliation: Verify supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance, supporting the finance team in the invoice settlement process.
Operational Coordination: Interface with internal operations teams to ensure logistics suppliers meet operational requirements and participate directly in operations support if needed.
