CLERK/STENOGRAPHER
The Clerk Steno acts as a resource to both internal and external individuals, and assists the Senior Administrative Support – Elementary in the administrative and secretarial duties of the school office under the direction of the administrator.

Qualifications
Required: Grade 12 diploma. Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Ability to follow directions and work as a team member. Good organizational, secretarial and word processing skills. Knowledge of MS Word at the Basic skill level. Experience with Outlook.
Preferred: Knowledge of PowerSchool, SchoolCash.net, JDE, attendance procedures and EasyConnect. First Aid, CPR and Microsoft Publisher would be an asset.

Participation in the OMERS Pension Plan is mandatory for all full-time permanent employees,
