Our diverse clientele benefits from a range of services provided in multiple languages. Our clients include children, adolescents, adults, and couples, and we offer both individual and couples therapy. We also offer DBT skills group. Our approach incorporates evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, the Gottman Method, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and more.

HOURS: Minimum 8-10 hours per week.
Availability: You will be scheduling your clients based on your availability.
EDUCATION:
This position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work in Ontario. Candidates must be registered with their professional college in Ontario and hold Professional Liability Insurance.
OUR IDEAL APPLICANT:
- We are looking for an experienced couples therapist with strong clinical skills and at least 5 years of post-graduate experience.
- Must be trained in CBT for Depression, Anxiety and Trauma.
- Experience working with anxiety, trauma and complex cases is required.
- Experience with providing couples therapy.
- Working with children and parents.
- Willingness and motivation to engage in ongoing learning through regular training and consultation/supervision.
- A desire to develop a career and contribute to our team.
- Passionate about providing client-centred therapy in a supportive, non-judgemental and safe environment.
- Dedicated to maintaining a high standard of practice with required documentation.
- Must speak Hindu or Urdu or Farsi or another language.
- One-day in-person availability starting March 2025 in Mississauga, Ontario.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to $77,102.00 per year
