CycleBar – Front Desk Associate
We are currently seeking a high energy, passion filled and sales motivated individual who is fitness minded and has a love for the SPIN community. Our CycleBar Front Desk Associate delivers the CycleBar experience to our members and helps drive daily sales.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Must have genuine hospitality and passion for people
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
- Can create fun reels and content for Instagram
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system and have proficient computer skills
- Work collaboratively with all studio staff (front desk, instructors, general manager and franchise owner)
- Perform other studio tasks as assigned by general manager
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able and willing to adjust bikes, and perform minor bike maintenance
- Must be able and willing to clean CycleTheater, bathrooms, lobby, etc.
- Must be able and willing to lift up to 20lbs.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
